Diadora S.p.a., company with a sole shareholder, with registered office at Via Montello no. 80, in Caerano di San Marco – Treviso, as data controller of your personal data along with Diadora US Inc. (together, the “Controller” or “Diadora”), provides this information notice to the Data Subject in compliance with the European Union and Italian legislation and other applicable law on personal data protection.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing
If you subscribe to this service, Diadora S.p.a. will process any personal data collected to send you an e-mail with the newsletter providing information on its products or services, as well as promotions and invitations to events in which it will participate. The legal basis is the need to pursue such purpose.

Data retention period
The Controller will process your data until the service is terminated or a request to unsubscribe is filed, whichever is earlier.

Mandatory or optional disclosure of data and consequences of the refusal of consent
Disclosure is optional, but refusal to supply your data will result in the impossibility to subscribe to this service.

Scope of disclosure and categories of recipients
The Controller will not disseminate your data and will only disclose it to the personnel authorised to carry out the processing as part of their respective duties, as well as companies or third parties which carry out outsourcing activities and are therefore appointed as data processors under a specific contract or other legal document.

Your data may be transferred, for the purposes for which it was collected, to the United States of America (USA), which is a state not belonging to the European Union. The transfer of personal data to persons located in the USA will take place solely by virtue of the execution by Diadora and the non-EU recipient of the standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Union Commission (Article 46, paragraph 2, lit. c and d of the Regulation). You may obtain a copy of such data by sending a request to Diadora as specified in the paragraph “Data subjects’ rights” below.

Data Subject’s rights
The Data Subject may unsubscribe from this service at any time. He/she may also request from the Controller access to and rectification, where inaccurate, or erasure of his/her personal data, restriction of the data processing, where the relevant conditions are met, as well as exercise his/her right to data portability.
The Controller does not “sell” personal data within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act, nor does it intend to do so.
The Data Subject may exercise his/her rights by sending the form available here to the Controller at the following e-mail address: privacy@diadora.com. The Data Subject may also lodge a complaint with the competent authorities, i.e., the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali [Italian Data Protection Authority] (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/) or with the United States Federal Trade Commission.
