Diadora S.p.a. will process any personal data collected to send you an e-mail with the newsletter providing information on its products or services, as well as promotions and invitations to events in which it will participate. The legal basis is the need to pursue such purpose.

He/she may also request from the Controller access to and rectification, where inaccurate, or erasure of his/her personal data, restriction of the data processing, where the relevant conditions are met, as well as exercise his/her right to data portability.
The Controller does not “sell” personal data within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act, nor does it intend to do so.
